I am a researcher at Digital Architecture Research & Technologies (DART Lab), part of the Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan. My focus lies in computational design and digital fabrication, aimed at refining workflows to optimize design and construction processes.
Within DART, my research delves into innovative construction and design methodologies, particularly exploring novel approaches for architectural elements. This includes investigating ultra-thin formwork for robotically casted and additively manufactured structures, as well as conducting studies on structural optimization, computational geometric exploration for compression-only structures, and materials research.
My educational background includes a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in Digital and Material Technologies from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, along with a Bachelor of Architecture and Design from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
